Our mission at Secure Adult Family Environment, Inc. (S.A.F.E.) is to assist seniors and the frail to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. We do this by monitoring their well being, safety and security through a schedule of regular, in-person visits and automated phone calls. All this for the peace of mind for both residents and their relatives.

The service reviews such conditions as cleanliness of person and surroundings, the availability of food, the safety of the environment and the comprehensive abilities of the resident being monitored. After an initial evaluation by a S.A.F.E. certified professional, the client (example-family, relative or trust officer) decides which areas of concern are the most relevant. S.A.F.E. addresses those and any additional concerns raised during subsequent visits, by providing regular reports to the client.

Why we worry about our loved ones

Every day 12,000 baby-boomers reach 65 years of age. Never before in the history of our country has the population made such a change! The number of people 85 yrs. and older is predicted to increase 78% in the next ten years. The senior population for Florida was approximately 2,911,000 per the 2005 census with an estimated 70% increase by 2015.

The desire of S.A.F.E. (Secure Adult Family Environment, Inc.) is to provide a source of peace of mind for families and loved ones. This service comprises scheduled, regular, in-home monitoring for your loved ones, with competent reporting and follow-up processes. We provide our service for family members or friends who are concerned for the welfare of their loved ones and who feel third party, objective regular visits and reports are needed and desired.

Our initial evaluation will uncover

needs and conditions that may go unnoticed or concealed to the untrained observer. Clients will benefit from a comprehensive evaluation of their loved one in their own surroundings, which will allow them (the client) to formulate a more comprehensive plan for their loved one's continued safety and security.

S.A.F.E. will never recommend services that are unnecessary. Our trained professionals utilize their skills to ensure that everything desired by the Client is considered during the evaluation and subsequent monitoring services. S.A.F.E. may recommend that the Resident will do better in an assisted living facility or other long-term care location.

WELL CALL is an extension of your ability to reach out and be in touch with your family members. WELL CALL is a once-daily automated phone contact by TRIAD for S.A.F.E.

A call is placed at a predetermined time to evaluate the safety and security of your loved ones.
The call is made by our automated service and if all
is well, reported in the weekly e-mail.
If there is a need or no answer, an agent calls personally to attempt to resolve any issues.
If no resolution is achieved or there is no answer to the second call, an agent is sent to the home.
If the resident is not present or the situation is urgent, both the appropriate authorities and the client are notified.
